We provide custom design capabilities that will mean our sunroom will complement the appearance of your home, taking into consideration rooflines and pitches (angles) as well as color and materials. Yes! Solarium/Skylight Inc. Sunrooms will meet the snow load requirements established by your local building departments. All structural components are reviewed by our engineers during the design process of your sunroom. I am a "Do-it-yourself" type person. Can I install the unit myself? This question is difficult to answer. The homeowner is always faced with a series of obstacles, such as lack of qualified help, difficulties with site preparation, and also not having all the necessary tools and supplies to work with glass. You may be able to install the unit yourself, but plan on spending about 2 to 3 times the amount of time it would take a professional installer - and there's always the possibility of breaking that expensive Low-E glass. Why not avoid the frustration? Let an experienced team do the work for you in a timely and cost efficient manner. Could I put a hot tub or spa in a Sunroom? Yes, and what a great idea! There are, however, a few considerations that should be discussed in the design phase. |
